GUARANTEE/CONDITIONS

Ladda, sets the following conditions on their guarantee:

1. The guarantee does not include damage liability for products abused, incorrectly fitted or improperly used.

2. Ladda are not liable for damage however caused as a result of incorrect fitting, product abuse or improper use.

3. Ladda guarantees are extended to the original owner. In the unlikely event of a defect occurring, the customer is to return the products to where they were purchased, with original proof of purchase before reconciliation by Ladda.

4. Ladda is prepared to meet their guarantee obligations through repair or replacement of any product deemed to be defective by Ladda, after appropriate examination, by Ladda.

5. Ladda guarantee becomes effective from the date of purchase, as shown on your receipt for purchase.

6. Ladda guarantee or conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the original owner.
